Timberline Addition Phase 4 - Utilities

Prunty Construction is installing sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer utilities for approximately 177 residential lots for a private development in Brookings, SD. The project also includes asphalt paving and curb & gutter for the new streets. Construction began in 2019 and is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.
